Journalists can only apply for a press pass before the event.

Press who turn up at an event on the day, will NOT be permitted entry.

Press pass requires a written request sent to RACE EXPO Organizing Committee by e-mail  containing the following information:

• Name of the media

• Full name of each media representative

• Occupation (journalist, cameraman, photographer, etc.)

• Telephone number (Cell and stationary tel. No of the office)

• E-mail

• Media web-site

• Copy of the press/business card

 

RACE EXPO Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse to issue a press pass.
