Management of Russian Affiliate Congress and Expo 2013 (RACE) is pleased to offer for your consideration our media partnership proposal for RACE 2013 exhibition to be held on September,11-12, 2013 in Moscow at ARTPLAY.
RACE expo mission is to create an integrated platform for communication, training, promotion as well as business partnerships in all areas of affiliate marketing.
Affiliate marketing is a widespread form of business partnership, which is popular due to high efficiency and low cost. It is defined as a method of business promotion whereby the partner (affiliate) receives a fee for each visitor, subscriber, customer attracted or sale carried out thanks to his efforts, thus it’s a type of performance-based marketing. Affiliate is an intermediary between buyer and seller.
The event is targeting both domestic and foreign vendors and affiliates successfully involved in affiliate marketing, as well as those planning to master this area, the owners of products, brands, portals and services, internet marketers, internet project managers, SEM/SEO professionals, webmasters, owners of affiliate programs and vendor sites, marketing and advertising agencies, etc. Under the media partnership terms, the parties will provide services free of charge.
Media partner will provide RACE 2013 with the following services:
1. Information in the pages of its official website and in all sections of the website dedicated to media support.
2. Animated banner on the home page with a hyperlink to RACE 2013 website (race-expo.ru).
3. Publishing materials about RACE 2013 (total of at least 4,000 characters per month), at least 4 publications in the month prior to the exhibition.
4. Placement of the information about the exhibition on the media pages during the exhibition. Inclusion of RACE 2013 event in the media portal’s Calendar of Events (if any).
5. Mailing the information about the exhibition to its own media partners and subscribers.
6. Publishing the final full-size material in its media pages after closing of RACE 2013.
1. Partner logo placed on the official RACE 2013 website (race-expo.ru) in all sections of the website dedicated to the media support of the exhibition (logo, banner size 200x90 px, *.cdr file format only; the deadline for provision of the material not later than 10 calendar days before the event).
2. Placement of a Partner’s banner (if any) in the conference halls as well as in the exhibition lobby during the exhibition (the banner produced and delivered by the Partner not later than 14 calendar days before the event, dimensions: 1x2 m)
3. Placement of the Partner’s logo in the exhibition media coverage (the deadline for provision of the material not later than 14 calendar days before the event, *.cdr, at least 3500х3500pix).
4. Partner logo placed on the screen for presentations in the conference room, at the background banner for the press conference. The size is determined by the organizer (see Clause 3)
5. Placement of the Partner’s brochures or other materials on the stand in the lobby (1 stand produced and delivered by the Partner not later than 14 calendar days before the event) or on the general handout desks.
6. Entitlement for 3 (three) representatives of the Partner to attend all official and cultural events of the exhibition.
7. Mention of the Partner in the final publication about the Expo.
8. Thank-you letter from the Expo’s Steering Committee.
